You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You may not use LUUMERA in a way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or attempts to interfere with the operation or security of the service.

Your websites and content

You are responsible for websites, projects, repositories, content, and data that you connect to or provide to LUUMERA.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to allow LUUMERA to access and process this information.

LUUMERA does not claim ownership of your website content, project data, or materials that you provide.

Integrations

LUUMERA may allow you to connect third-party services such as Google Search Console, GitHub, and other external tools.

By connecting an integration, you authorize LUUMERA to access the data and permissions necessary to provide the requested functionality.

You may disconnect supported integrations at any time.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability, and policies. LUUMERA is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or actions of third-party providers.

Google Search Console

If you connect Google Search Console, LUUMERA uses read-only access to retrieve search performance and property information that you authorize.

LUUMERA does not use this integration to modify your Google Search Console account.

You may revoke LUUMERA's access at any time through LUUMERA or your Google Account permissions.

AI-generated content and recommendations

LUUMERA may use artificial intelligence to generate content, analysis, recommendations, summaries, or other outputs.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate information.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, applying, or relying on them.

LUUMERA does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic increases, revenue results, or other SEO outcomes.

Acceptable use

You may not use LUUMERA to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• distribute malware or harmful code
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• interfere with or disrupt the service
• abuse rate limits, APIs, or infrastructure
• use LUUMERA for fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activity

Availability and changes

We aim to keep LUUMERA available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

We may also perform maintenance or make changes necessary for security, reliability, or compliance.

Fees and paid plans

Some LUUMERA features may require payment.

If paid plans are introduced or used, applicable pricing, billing periods, limits, and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase.
